Terms and conditions:

1. All payments have to be made in 2 days once orders are confirmed.
2. Please allow 10 - 15 working days after the closing date for products to be delivered to your doorstep.
3. Prices stated are not inclusive of delivery charges.
4. My Miracle Fashion reserves the right to cancel any orders without any reasons or whatsoever. Full payment will be refunded to customers.
5. Full refunds will only be made if the products are unavailable or out of stock.

Payment:

1. Customers may opt to pay either 50% upfront on total purchase OR make full payment to secure orders. We will not make any refund when order cancellation is done by the customer.
2. My Miracle Fashion will contact customers once the preorders are received (within 10 -15 workings days) and customers are required to pay the 50% balance of their total purchase.
3. Once full payment is received, delivery will be arranged.

Terms and Conditions

Order Placement

• Prices are fixed, and exclusive of delivery charges
• Buyers shall bear all the delivery charges
• Buyers should follow the steps below to secure their order:
1. ORDER:- Buyers may contact us through email
2. PAYMENT:- Buyers may need to make a full payment to confirm order.
3. DELIVERY:- Once full payment is made, delivery will be arranged on the next day

Shipping Cost

• Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the product ordered and destination to be shipped to
• Estimated weight are calculated based on:
• 1. Heaviest materials for the item
  2. Final layer of secure packaging. Eg. Polybag/ Paper carton
• Buyers are responsible for all the shipping fees
• All goods will be shipped via Pos Express. Shipping costs are as shown below:

Return Policy
Applicable for product returns:

1. Incorrect products :

• Products shipped to you are different in sizes, colors and styles from what you've ordered
• Damaged or Defective item
• Deadline for Return: Please kindly return within 5 days from the time we shipped. Overdue returns will not be entertained.
• Buyers with the above problems can either request for a full refund or to exchange for other products of the same value

Not applicable for product returns/exchange:

1. We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not looking good, not up to my expectation, size cannot be fitted, changing mind, not applicable to PreOrder items.
2. For buyers who request for a refund :

• A 10% administration fees will be charged for the item purchased. Eg, the price of a dress is RM25.00, the administration fees charged will be RM25.00 X 10% = RM2.50. Therefore, the total amount refunded to you will be RM22.50.
• Refund will only be available through Maybank.

For buyers who request for exchange:

1. The replaced products can be combined and shipped together with your next order/shipment and there will be no administration fees charged and no extra shipping cost within the base weight. This is to compensate for the inconvenience caused by returns and replacements. However, if only 1 piece of item is needed to be shipped without combining other items, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

Points to take note for refund/replacement of goods:

1. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all the shipping cost.
2. Goods returned must be unused.
3. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacements, returns or exchanges.
4. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and sincerely seek your understanding to the above.
5. To return any items for a refund or exchange, please send them via regular air mail or registered air mail. Kindly email us for further details.
